Akk Wholesale Policies

1. Most items in the store can be ordered, we don't have MOQ, and we are offering drop shipping service. email me at vicky@akkwholesale.com we will lead you on how to make it happen.

2.Items that are marked 'sold out' are not eligible for wholesale orders until they are restocked.you can email us vicky@akkwholesale.com to see if we can back to stock.

3. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. any changes that need to be made to your order will be sent to you for approval before shipping.

4. We don’t discriminate against closets. we ship to anyone and everyone! This includes Canada and international addresses.

5. All sales are Final Sale!  and we do not offer returns. for defective or damaged products, we can get you replacements, refunds or store credit for those items. order issues should be reported within 7 days of receiving. 

6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. However, please contact us at vicky@akkwholesale.com if you do not receive your package and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. 

7.Shipping timeframe:

Our standard shipment is 8-15 business days.

  • (1)Items in stock are shipping within 1-3 business day.
  • (2) Ready to ship items will ship out in within 2 business day.
  • (3)Pre-order items will be shipped within 1-2 business day of receiving
  • (4) If you ombine items with longer TAT time, they will not be shipped until all items are available.PLEASE keep this in mind and do separate invoices if this is not what you what.
